Food & Drink

Featured Chef: Jessica Rosales -MSU Hospitality

Hi there! I’m Jessica, and I’ve always been drawn to the way food can connect people, cultures, and stories. I’m the Culinary Coordinator for MSU Denver’s School of Hospitality, where I get to mentor the next generation of chefs and create hands-on opportunities for students to grow in the culinary industry. I’m also proud to work with Rocky Mountain Chefs of Colorado, supporting the development of emerging culinary professionals and connecting them with our local hospitality community.
My passion for food extends beyond the kitchen. I love exploring new recipes, learning about different food traditions, working alongside students and fellow chefs, and finding opportunities to share that passion with others. Outside of work, I also enjoy supporting my partner, Nicholas, with the community events and projects he’s passionate about. For me, cooking has always been about more than what’s on the plate—it’s about bringing people together, celebrating culture, and creating memorable experiences. I’m excited to share a taste of that with you at this year’s event!
