Lindita’s career has been marked by a passion for advocacy and entrepreneurship. She worked for Coca-Cola’s Agriculture Division, improving conditions for citrus migrant farmworkers, and later served as a coordinator for the American Red Cross, aiding in disaster relief efforts. In 1994, Lindita founded Linditas Salsa & Spice Company Inc., followed by the launch of Linditas Kitchen TV Show in 2019, currently airing on Aurora TV. She has also shared her culinary expertise as a food columnist for the Aurora Sentinel Newspaper and as the host of the Hispanos Americanos TV Show.

Lindita’s accomplishments extend beyond the kitchen. She starred in the movie Passing Berthoud, was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Denver Business Journal’s Excellence in Business awards, and received the first Hispanic Heritage Award from the Colorado Rockies Baseball Team. Her dedication to community service includes roles as a board member for several organizations, volunteer work as a Spanish teacher and fitness instructor, and charitable contributions to numerous local and national causes.
