World Flavors That Celebrate Denver
Embark on a culinary world tour as we present an exquisite array of recipes inspired by local chefs and community members. Indulge in a carefully curated selection of quesadillas, each crafted expertly by our participating restaurants. Enjoy the tasting menu with complementary tequila-based drinks, or sip a new Dos Altos Tequila. From innovative twists on classic dishes to bold new flavor combinations, our event promises to delight even the most discerning palates. We are proud to be partnering with not only local chefs but MSU’s School of Hospitality to help provide real experience to local entrepreneurs and chefs who have built their businesses up from the ground to cook in a professional space.

Chef Jessica Rosales is the Culinary Coordinator for the MSU School of Hospitality, who dreams up fabulous recipes utilizing local and culturally responsive foods.

Games and Entertainment
As the evening unfolds, prepare to engage in an array of entertaining activities and games. We’re changing it up this year with new games, goats, and more (yes we said goats)! Whether you’re testing your luck in a thrilling game of skill or simply enjoying the lively ambiance, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Support DICP by trying your hand at a fun game and know that you’re having fun for a good cause, this year will feature Loteria (think bingo) for big prizes and smaller games for chances to win treats and prizes. This is our fourth year of Quesadillas for Good and while some things are staying you can look forward to new experiences this year.
